Seacoast Lofts

601 Seacoast Lofts is a five-story, multi-family and mixed-use project that encompasses the corner of East Liberty and East Broad Streets. The historic Atlantic Coast Line building will be renovated into apartments and employs a hyphenated connection to the new construction. The design placed structured parking at the center of the project, accessed from Liberty Street, with an exit only onto East Broad. Residential units and commercial space wrap the perimeter of the parking at the street-facing ground level, while a second, lower level of parking takes advantage of the drop in elevation to the southeast. The building’s residents will have access to a courtyard with a pool amenity and a fitness center, situated just above the elevated podium.
